The session is held by video or phone, whichever fits your workflow and comfort. You will receive access details ahead of time.
Yes. If it makes sense to include a key partner or team member, you are welcome to invite them. Just let me know when you book so I can prepare for the dynamics in the room. These sessions work best with one or two people, where we can go deep and keep things personal and productive.
If you want to include a larger group or facilitate a session for your team, I am happy to talk about customizing the experience. Larger group sessions require a different approach and more time, so the fee and session format will reflect that. Let’s discuss what you need, and we’ll design a gathering that fits.
Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Later changes may be charged or forfeited, but I’ll always try to make it fair.
Absolutely. You will receive both a written summary and a transcript soon after your session. These are yours to keep and use.
